Classes are $10 for one hour. There are no contracts or registration fees. To register, come 5-10 minutes early to fill out a registration form and then relax and shimmy !!!

Wear comfortable clothes that allow freedom of movement. I will provide the noisy, colorful hip scarf’s during class time. We have a warm up, isolate and focus on different muscle groups, pick up the pace for a little cardio, combine movements to improve flow, introduce props such as veils and finally end with a cool down.

Whether you join us for fun or fitness, you will find that bellydancing is mesmerizing and helps develop confidence, grace, and empowerment while increasing flexibility & toning your entire body.
